Do you have a limited income? Are you unsure if you can afford a Prescription Pathway plan? You may be able to get extra help to pay for your plan premiums and prescription costs.

• The Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213, 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Friday (TTY users should call 1-800-325-0778);
• or your state Medicaid office.
• You can also call us toll-free to learn more at 1-877-269-1151 (TTY for the hearing impaired 1-866-222-3904), 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Eastern Time, seven days a week.
