Discounts at CVS/pharmacy^®.

As a Prescription Pathway member, you'll receive a Health Advocate Card that gives you a 20% discount on non-advertised CVS/pharmacy® Brand health and wellness products, including CVS-brand vitamins, first aid supplies and over-the-counter medications. All you need to do is show your Health Advocate Card when you shop at a CVS/pharmacy®.

Eldercare Services from Prescription Pathway.

You also have access to Eldercare Services, a program designed to provide you with resources and professional assistance to manage common aging concerns, including:

•   Over-the-phone counseling   •   Referral services and information on how to locate caregivers   •   Discounts on long-term care facilities   •   Wellness assessments   •   Emergency travel assistance Learn more about this special program.

The Health Advocate Card and Eldercare Services are value-added services available to members of Prescription Pathway Medicare prescription drug plans. The products and services provided are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the Prescription Pathway grievance process.
