Our formulary is a list of drugs covered by Prescription Pathway plans. We cover all classes of drugs as allowed by Medicare Part D. If your specific medication is not on our formulary, we'll work with you and your doctor to find an alternative drug that is covered.

Check the formulary below to see if the prescriptions you're taking are covered. Even if your prescription isn't listed, there may be a suitable alternative available.
