Prescription Pathway is authorized by law to refuse to renew its contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and CMS may also refuse to renew the contract. Termination or non-renewal may result in termination of the beneficiary's enrollment in Prescription Pathway. In addition, Prescription Pathway may reduce its service area at any time and no longer be offered in the area where the beneficiary resides.

All benefits are available only at network pharmacies, except in case of emergency. Mail-order pharmacy service is available. Prescription Pathway contracts with a network of pharmacies. To receive complete benefits, network pharmacies must be used. Out-of-network pharmacies can be used at a reduced benefit and in emergencies.

RxPathway.com uses pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising. These GIF files are provided by our ad management partner, DoubleClick. These files enable DoubleClick to recognize a unique cookie on your Web browser, which in turn enables us to learn which advertisements bring users to our website. The cookie was placed by us, or by another advertiser who works with DoubleClick. With both cookies and Spotlight technology, the information that we collect and share is anonymous and not personally identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
